MANHATTAN, KAN. –

Officers filed a report for motor vehicle theft in the 5900 block of W 76th St. in Manhattan on October 25, 2019, at approximately 3:40 PM. Officers listed an 86-year-old man as the victim when he reported a known male suspect never returned his Blue 1995 Ford Mustang after borrowing it. Officers listed a 27-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his Dark Blue 2001 Dodge Ram 1500.
