Riley County Police arrested a 30-year-old Manhattan man over the weekend for allegedly violating terms of the Offender Registration Act.

Raynell Bracey was apprehended Friday evening near the intersection of Anderson Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr Drive on the probable cause offense. According to the Kansas Department of Corrections, Bracey has past convictions of aggravated battery and criminal threat out of Geary County and fleeing and eluding law enforcement out of Dickinson County.

Bracey was released from jail after posting a $15,000 bond.
