Jodi’s Mom makes this and it could not be easier!

  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes (do not drain any of the above. use all juice)
  • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1-2 cups shredded, cooked rotisserie chicken (you decide how much)

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook on Low for 3-4 hours. Or longer!
TOO EASY. Serve in bowls with crumbled tortilla chips and shredded cheese. SO good!
