• 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
  • 2 links of smoked sausage, your favorite flavor
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Pepper Jelly

Preheat oven to 400. Place parchment paper on a large cookie pan. When the puff pastry is thawed, unfold it and cut it in half. Roll each half around a link of sausage. (You may have to roll out the dough a bit to make sure it sully wraps around the sausage link). Seal the edges of the puff pastry and then slice
the pastry/sausage into 1 inch bites. Brush each bite with an egg wash and place on the parchment on the cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes until the pastry is light golden. (You may want to check on it about 12-13 minutes to make sure it’s not done early). Once you remove them from the oven, you can brush each one with your favorite pepper jelly. Let them sit a bit to cool and serve.
