• 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • (1) 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • (1) 1 oz ranch seasoning mix packet
  • 6 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • Butter

Season both sides of your chicken breast with ranch seasoning mix and place in the slow cooker. Add the cream of chicken soup, sliced mushrooms, a few pats of butter on top. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.

The creaminess of this dish is great served over rice with a side of green beans – or whatever vegetable you have. Enjoy!
