“REO Speedwagon was blaring on the 8-track player as my college sweetheart and I discovered we were forever soulmates. I was a city girl and he was a farm boy so I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to keep on lovin’ a farmer. Through the years it has included sitting on his lap in the cab of a tractor or loading up all 4 kids to go with him to check cattle. Now after 40 years it’s just the 2 of us and I still hop in the truck with him any chance I get just so we can spend time together.”
